Kate Bily is a tattoo artist native to South Korea raised in the Hudson Valley. She finished her apprenticeship in 2019 and moved forward working alongside Megan independently that same year.

Kate prefers to do black and grey illustrative work. She would love to do more Pokémon tattoos! All anime tattoos are welcome.
